At TOTD Sports Performance, we are intrigued on human performance. The fundamentals and structure of our programs are designed to optimize the athletic performance of any athlete in any sport.
Our initial new client consultation we do a lower and upper body assessment testing asymmetry (muscle unbalances and the quality of the muscle contraction) and as we feel need we also use the Function Movement Screen (FMS). This allows us to fix movement limitations prior to engaging into any type of strength exercises. This is key to INJURY PREVENTION! You can’t put a load on a dysfunctional system and expect it to not break down at some point (injury).
